Policy All claims must be made with in 2 weeks from shipping date. Items that have been worn, damaged will not be exchanged. Problems with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. All returns must have prior authorization and include an authorization number. All shipping and handling fees will not be returned under any circumstances. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing material and contact your local Postal Carrier to place a claim. Lost package claims will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was not delivered correctly after 30 days from shipment date. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. |
